dqx runs your projects on your own machine. Your code, databases and project files never reach our servers.

Who we are

Dolphiq BV makes dqx and is responsible for the data on this page (the controller under the GDPR).

What we store

• Account: name, email address, team and role, to sign you in and manage seats.
• Licence: the devices you signed in on and when they last refreshed their licence.
• dqx share: which names you share and when, to route visitors to your machine. The relay does not store the pages it passes on.
• Contact form: what you send us, to answer you.
• Payments: processed by Mollie, a payment provider in the Netherlands. We keep the subscription, the seat count and what the invoice needs (name, country, VAT number), not your card or bank details.

What we do not do

• No tracking cookies and no third-party analytics on this website.
• No selling or sharing of your data for advertising.

Where

The website, the licence service and the share relay are hosted in the European Union.

How long we keep it

• Account and licence: as long as your account exists; deleting it removes them.
• Invoices and what they name: seven years, as Dutch tax law requires.
• Contact form: until your question is answered, and no longer than needed to follow it up.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it: write to info@dolphiq.nl or use the contact form. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
